Chizeta's Djiins are both the guardian spirits of the two princesses and their personal weapons. During the battle they appear several times. In the anime Tata and Tatra perform a weird summoning dance to call upon them, while in the manga the process is much shorter. Their personalities are said to differ slightly, but they surely get along very well, in fact they are really synchronized in their actions and they can be troublesome, not only because of their fighting skills, but in particular because of their......look.

Umi can't stand to face them because they are disgusting, due to their masculine look and utterly feminine behavior. Since they are summoned and controlled by Chizeta's princesses, who are unmistakably women, it's natural they act like women in battle, dancing at times and moving their hips a bit too much. This striking contrast between their look and actions probably conveys the idea that they are disgusting. While Hikaru, Fuu and the others don't seem to mind, Umi and Aska hate them, because their simple existence hurts their own sense of beauty. To emphasize this feeling, Aska even went as far as using them as targets in an arrow shooting contest with Fuu. In the anime they have different skin color, Raccoon is red and Rasheen is blue, while in the manga they are completely alike. It's easy to mix them up, though, and Tata and Tatra are the only ones who really can understand who's who.

Tata can't see why their enemies consider the Djinns ugly, because up to her they are pretty. Wiser Tatra thinks her sis will end up with a Djinn looking boyfriend. They managed to give a hard time to the Knights and to Aska's Giant Sanyun, they even drank one of Umi's spells. They are spirits, and they can morph shape at will. In battle this can be pretty useful to escape from enemies' grip. They also demonstrated their ability to take any form by changing into an arena which Tata and Tatra had a duel with Umi on.
